Recording Residency
For those looking to dive deep into the creative process, we offer a Recording Residency package that allows the artist complete access to the studio, and its tools, for an entire month lock out without worry of sessions being reset or re-arranged. Whether you're writing, recording, mixing, wanting to utilize the studio record lathe, or some combination of all of the above - the studio will be available 7 days a week for an entire month.

Many times artists find themselves under pressure of the clock to get things done, and because of that fact decide to not explore the many different production tools, processes, and unique instruments on offer here at PERC. Through the Recording Residency artists can come and go as they please, working at a pace that fits their lifestyle, free to explore any and every idea that may come to mind, in a space designed to inspire.

Recording Residency sessions begin on the 1st of the month and will need to be booked 3+ months in advance to insure availability. We require a 25% deposit with remainder due on or before the end of the month. Sessions run from 8am to 8pm (10pm for acoustic material) to keep the neighbors from wanting to kill us.
